Dear Parents,
I hope you and your learners had an exceptional week sharpening the saw. The staff spent last week in training. We refocused on literacy, had an entire day of training on best practices with our students with special needs, reviewed love and logic, and introduced this year’s professional learning theme of differentiation. I know I am returning on Monday renewed and re-energized!
This week is a super busy week! We have Coffee with Kaufman at 9 a.m. Monday in the Cafe, and I hope many of you can come connect with me there. If you would like to Zoom in, please use this link.
On Wednesday night, we have our second Prospective Family Meeting at 7 p.m. in the Shakespeare Theater. If you have any friends interested in learning more about our amazing school, please invite them to come! Last time we had a wonderful turnout, and we hope to again this week.
Lastly, this Saturday is the annual Fall Festival from 1:30-5:30 p.m.! I cannot tell you how excited I am about this event. We have planned booths, entertainment, food, and fun. I will be working in the face painting booth! This is a large community event and a chance for all families to socialize and celebrate our school.
I look forward to seeing you all at some point this week.
Mrs. Kaufman
