Message from the Lower School Director

Dear Learners and Families,
Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nessa Roffredo, and after being in a leadership position at iLEAD Encino, I am thrilled to join the SCVi family as part of your leadership team. This year our theme is, “The Best is Yet to Come”, and I truly believe that as we are bringing together a dynamic team to foster an enriching, engaging, inclusive, and accepting environment where all of our learners feel safe, respected, and loved.

So far, the entire iLEAD staff has spent the past week working together building relationships, planning, and collaborating with our Maker Team during professional development. It has been invigorating to participate with such creative, dedicated, and professional educators. I look forward to not only meeting you all, but to building a relationship where together we can support all learners to meet their true potential where everyone feels free to think and inspired to lead. In closing, I look forward to greeting you all at our Meet the Facilitators Night this Friday evening.
