Staff Spotlight: Marcella White

My name is Marcella White and I am the 4/5 grader facilitator. I am originally from Brazil. I have a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Development, and I speak 7 languages. I am married and I have 3 kids who attend SCVi: a 10th grader, a 2nd grader, and a 1st grader. I absolutely LOVE SCVi! I have been teaching for the past 15 years at the William S. Hart Union High School District, where I have taught K-12. When I am not at work, I am playing soccer with my kids, walking my 4 Great Danes, going on road trips, exploring new places, taking pictures, going to the movies, playing board games, and cooking. I love to cook, especially food from other countries. I absolutely love having people over — a very Brazilian thing to do!
