Seniors, if you wish to be one of our graduation speakers, write a 1,000- to 1,200-word speech answering one of the following prompts:

  1. This year the theme at SCVi is: “Through the Waves of Change, We Find Our True Direction.”  How has being a learner at SCVi prepared you to discover your true direction?

Or

  1. You have been selected to speak at your high school graduation. Your job: write a speech to inspire them. What three things will you cover to inspire them?                                                        

Email your speech to cheryl.sena@scvi-k12.org by 5 p.m. on Monday, May 15. Please be prepared to read your speech to a leadership panel on May 17.

Timeline:

  • Written Speeches due Monday, May 15, by 5 p.m.
  • Perform before a panel Wednesday, May 17, from 4 to 6 p.m.
