SCVi Blood Drive a Success

On January 20, our blood drive had 31 appointments and we registered 24 donors who gave us 25 units of life-saving blood (Our goal was 22 units). That goes to help up to 75 patients in area hospitals with trauma, surgery, childbirth, and cancer. The patients and their families got healing, comfort, and hope because of our blood drive. Our thanks to all those learners, facilitators, and community members who donated to help make this a successful event that helped save lives.
