8th-10th Grade Field Trip The 5th Wave: Movie Premiere

The 5th Wave is an upcoming American science fiction thriller film directed by J Blakeson, based on Rick Yancey’s novel. Learners in the 8th grade have recently finished the novel, and 9th and 10th grade learners read it in years past. Eighth graders, please get your money and permission slip in to Mr. Lengning. Ninth and tenth graders, turn in the slip to your humanities facilitator. The cost is $16 and covers the ticket, small popcorn, and drink. Cash is preferred in order to better facilitate the theater’s request of payment. If there are any chaperones who would like to attend the movie, they can send in their money with their learner.

This will be a drop-off and pick-up event. In front of the theater, we will have facilitators and volunteers to help designate where to go. Facilitators for each group will email more instructions as we get closer to the event.
