Important Message: Re-enrollment Forms Due Today

Open enrollment to the public has begun, with a lottery being scheduled for March 25, 2016. We would like to plan early for the upcoming school year and would like to reserve a space for your child for the 2016-2017 academic year. The re-enrollment form has been sent as a survey to your email address.

Please take a moment to complete the survey by today, February 15, 2016. All families should complete the form to indicate whether or not their learners will be returning. If you are re-enrolling your child, no further action on your part will be required for re-enrollment.

If this form is not returned to us by February 15, 2016, we will not be able to guarantee your child’s placement and he/she will have to go through the lottery process with all other prospective applicants.
